Jonny Chen is the General Manager of World Rack US, where he leads the company's strategic growth and operations across North America. Based in Houston, Texas, he brings more than 25 years of experience in intelligent warehousing, high-density storage systems, and warehouse automation.
Since joining World Rack US in 2025, Jonny has overseen market expansion, business development, channel partnerships, and local team building. With extensive experience in international business strategy and global marketing, he has led the localization of World Rack's radio shuttle and four-way shuttle systems to meet North American operational requirements, industry standards, and safety certifications.
Under his leadership, World Rack continues to expand its presence in North America by delivering intelligent warehouse automation solutions that help businesses maximize storage capacity, improve operational efficiency, and grow with confidence.
Feng-Rong Ko
Installation Technical Advisor
Feng-Rong Ko is an Installation Technical Advisor at World Rack, specializing in warehouse racking installation and automated storage system projects across the United States. With extensive hands-on experience in large-scale warehouse construction, he provides technical leadership for installation planning, on-site execution, and project coordination.
With in-depth knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and ANSI/RMI installation standards, Ko supports the successful delivery of complex warehouse projects by ensuring compliance, installation accuracy, and construction quality. His expertise includes high-bay racking systems, rack-supported buildings, structural alignment, load calibration, and installation commissioning.
Throughout his career, Ko has led installation supervision for numerous warehouse projects in the United States, including a landmark 27.5-meter-high rack-supported automated warehouse in Texas with more than 40,000 pallet locations. Under his technical leadership, projects are delivered with a strong focus on safety, precision, and operational excellence.
