Closed section uprights are fabricated from fully enclosed cold-formed steel profiles. Unlike conventional open-section uprights, they feature a closed tubular cross-section with superior torsion resistance, bending strength and impact resistance. The racking system delivers high overall rigidity and minimal deformation, making it the preferred rack solution for heavy-duty warehousing applications with stringent safety requirements.
Manufactured from high-strength cold-rolled steel in one-piece forming, these uprights have a larger section moment of inertia and uniform stress distribution. They offer outstanding resistance against lateral impacts, effectively mitigating structural damage caused by forklift collisions. Standard connection holes are pre-punched on the front face of uprights for fast assembly with beams, allowing flexible adjustment of shelf levels to accommodate goods of various dimensions.
The complete racking system adopts a modular bolt-together structure with no on-site welding required. Installation, disassembly and relocation are efficient. Racks can be extended continuously by connecting main bays and add-on bays to expand storage capacity cost-effectively.
